Easy Fall Recipe - Hot Lemon & Ricotta Dip

Hot Lemon & Ricotta Dip 🍋


- 1 c. ricotta

- 1/2 lemon, juiced and zested

- 2 tbsp chives

- salt & pepper

- drizzle of olive oil

👩🏻‍🍳 Preheat your oven to 375. Mix ricotta, lemon juice, lemon zest, chives, salt, pepper and olive oil in an oven safe dish. (This recipe is for a small batch. I used a 6 inch pie dish) Bake for 15 minutes or until hot. Serve with crackers or baguette.

🍷To complement the fresh citrus in the dip, I paired this dip with a sauvignon blanc. So delish!
