Stuffed Pepper Carrots ✨
Ingredients
- mini sweet peppers
- veggie or chive cream cheese
- parsley
👩🏻🍳 Slice your pepper in half, longways. Cut out all the seeds. Fill cream cheese in a ziploc or piping bag. Fill each bell pepper. Place parsley into the top as the stem! Such an easy brunch recipe.
🍷I paired a glass of Cava with this dish. The tanginess and mild flavors of the cream cheese work best with sparkling wine or a crispy white. Perfect for brunch. 😉
